2. **Access Not Granted - 100% Refund within 24 Hours: ** In the event that you have purchased a course but have not been granted access to course yet and you decide to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund. Please reach out to our support team within this timeframe to initiate the refund process. (£100 admin fee will be deducted)
If instances of unprofessional conduct, such as the sharing of course materials, exhibiting disrespectful behaviour towards our team members, or unauthorized sharing of course logins, come to our attention during the course, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course. Please be aware that such actions not only violate our terms of service but also undermine the learning environment for all participants.
